So my camera hit the ground at Epcot and I was heartbroken and crushed. Our daughter came to the rescue temporarily while I problem solved getting a new camera. These pics are not perfect and not taken with the best camera, but they are awesome because it is our 14 year old daughter's first foray into taking Disney pics with her tablet. I am so proud! I am such an avid photog and vidog when it comes to Disney and her instincts on cool pictures were spot on. Some of them came out just gorgeous. This is from the Polynesian, Grand Floridian and Contemporary from a few nights ago with all of their floral and Christmas grandeur. Give her some kudos if you like the pics. I gave her a big hug and told her I was just in awe of her photo instincts! Some are funny and some are silly and some are just family so bear with me on those. I didn't want to just upload the pretty ones.
NOTE: If viewing on mobile device, you will see the big pic at the top and then small thumbnails. It is a slideshow so the pic will change and when you touch the bigger one, there should be arrows left and right to be able to advance or go back. The thumbnails are also clickable and will change the bigger pic and the top. They won't come in as a bigger pic on their own though. Keeping it vertical or the tall way, will allow you to see the pics easier but know that if you touch the top bigger pic you can use the arrows to advance or go back or play and pause the show. Some of them are ok horizontally too but the tall pics get cut off if you do that. Enjoy!!
Enjoy 172 pics in this slideshow of Polynesian Village, Grand Floridian and Contemporary Christmas and floral splendor! You can advance, start, stop and pause when you need to.
I had 10 internal memory shots available to me so I also snapped a few shots. For someone like me who adores taking pics and vid, it was tough to choose what to take!

So cute and yummy looking!! We have seen these the last few years at Disney's Beach Club and they are always so much fun!! All edible materials. Gingerbread cookies, chocolate, gumdrops, fondant, frosting. Just OMG so yummy looking!! This year they are Disney Character themed which we have not seen before. They have the big 4... Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy plus Pluto on the side. I love all of it, but my favorite part this year is Minnie Mouse's seat and shoes. They are gumdrop material. I could chew on those for while!! LOL The pics are cute but don't do it justice. You need to see it yourself if you can. I have included a lot of pics from all angles because there are different nuances from different angles and with different lighting. Enjoy!!

Big Bad Voodoo Daddy Melted Our Faces on the Last Night of 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival11/15/2016 omg they brought the house down!!
We got the amazing pleasure of seeing Big Bad Voodoo Daddy on the last night of the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival at Eat to the Beat in the American Pavilion. We saw all 3 sets, and got lucky enough to get 3rd row for the last 2 sets. The first set was from a little farther away but that is always great too because you get the full perspective of the stage and the pillars and the scenery around the pavilion. Plus awesome full sound!
I have always loved this band and am such a swing girl and always have been but I have to say that being so close and being right next to them just made it so exciting!! They literally never let you breathe during the whole concert. Normally the kids are not thrilled with seeing what they call our "old timey bands". LOL With this band, they could not stop dancing in their seats. Such talent and so much fun! I have included a number of my videos here from near and from far. We were literally close enough to see the spit while they played their instruments. I made one of the cast members laugh bc I thought that was so cool!! The only downside was I didn't get to hear my favorite song they do and I feel spoiled saying it because they played everything so well. I love the song "Christmas is Starting Now" from Disney's show Phineas and Ferb and was so hoping to hear it live. I have included a video below at the end of the page with that song from You Tube. Not my post, but I have to include it. Also one of us swingin to the song under the wonderful Osbourne Lights at Hollywood Studios. Hoping to see these guys again here next year. Enjoy!! No song reminds me more of osbourne lights at hollywood studios then this one!! LOve love love it!! this one is not mine but had to include it here. It is them performing the song at Disneyland...Us groovin to big bad voodoo daddy "Christmas is starting now" at osbourne Lights. No song will remind us of this event like this one!! Our WEbsite has changed and the one one the video below is not correct. Enjoy the video but know that we are now and forever more lovinwdwandfla.com
You could have knocked me over when I saw that this Gingerbread House at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort was built fresh every year. We have seen it for the last 3 years and always found it to be amazing looking, smelling and feeling, but I always thought that they had all the walls constructed and done and shellacked and they just connected them together. I never dreamed they put it together fresh each year. Learning that made it that much more special for us. We wanted to wait around that night to see if they would start cookie shingling the exterior, but they told us that the bakers were like little elves and they only came out after everyone went to sleep. LOL!!
