The Holidays are over now and wow did that go fast for us!! Hope you all had wonderful Holidays! We love love love all the Christmas decorations and celebrations at Walt Disney World! I have taken a boatload of pics that are spectacular and now that the whirlwind of the Holidays has calmed down and there is some time, I want to share them with you on my site. So I hope you don't mind a good amount of colorful beautiful Disney Holiday Grandeur on here for a bit of time. I will keep posting as I organize the pics and videos. For today enjoy the great shots from the Art of Animation and Pop Century. The Art of Animation lobby is something to truly behold with it's colors and it's awesome wreaths that are all just a bit different. I love every tree on Disney grounds, and I don't know why, but I love the simple little tree at the Art more than most. Don't get me wrong...they are all wonderful and spectacular in their own way, but this simple little whimsical tree just does something for me. Maybe because it reminds me of a tree we had at home in Illinois many years back. You can probably tell my favortite ornament as well. See if you can figure it out and then comment. You can click on each pic to see it bigger as well.

These came out awesome and look like an abstract painting that would be at Wyland Galleries. My new camera doesn't do night on this walkway at the Disney Dolphin well so I turn off the flash and hold the camera super still. This is why it blurs a bit, but the blur on these pics almost looks like a purposeful effect and I can't stop looking at them! Was a gorgeous night for a walk too! Would love your comments about them if you like them. Thanks!!
What is in the sky 2 different days makes us wonder if the magic might be real here at disney!8/19/2016
Is it in the water, or the air, or the ground? What reflects Mickey Mouse up into the sky? Not sure if others will see it like we did, but to me it is unmistakable. No it isn't photoshopped either. We live about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and it seems that Mickey Mouse likes to smile down on us here and we are loving that!! In the second pic, we got an added rainbow! Just so much fun when these :Pixie Dust kinds of things happen.
My family stayed at the Contemporary Resort back in 77 when I was just 14 years old. Tonight I found the room "key" although these were not used as keys back then and also 2 tickets to Treasure Island. I am having a memory lapse though. What was Treasure Island? Anyone who knows anything, this info would be greatly appreciated. I clearly went there, but don't remember what it was. This was back in the day of E tickets. Of course the E ones were the best because they were for Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean. The C tickets were fun too bc they were for Snow White and Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. Seeing the pattern of the tickets brings back feeling memories and such a love of Disney. I will look forward to people sharing memories of what Treasure Island was.
I might be rare, but I love the scenery and natural beauty around the Disney parks just as much as I love the rides and Disney Pixie Dust. To me watching the sunsets here is an awesome thing to do, but when you have the silhouette of the Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studio's Tower of Terror in he pic as well, it is extra special. Especially when in some of the pics, the Tower looks to have eyes of it's own watching you! Remember you can click on each pic to bring it in bigger. Enjoy!! Btw...nothing is photoshopped. The colors in the sky are all real and yes they were spectacular!
Ok yes I am big into the flowers and natural beauty on all Disney grounds. We love the parks and will post pics from there as well, but we have never seen anywhere else in our lives, the level of beauty both landscaped and natural as here at Walt Disney World.
Epic gorgeous sky at such a great, fun place! The Transportation and Ticket Center at Magic Kingdom parking lot starts your excitement for a great Disney night. These pics are not altered in any way and the colors are accurate. It was just this beautiful that night!
Cast members were running from everywhere to see these shots my little camera got. Our daughter said they were "fangirling" over the shots and it was really fun!
These are not all from the same day, but are some of my very cool shots from Halloween last year. You really get a flavor of how it feels inside the parks during this eerie but fun time of the year!
