Birds, Birds Everywhere at Walt disney World!
On the Magic Kingdom Ferry Boat and area around it, birds flying with us, Birds flying at us!
Looked like a scene from Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds" at times although not as scary and cool to look at. They flew with us almost like an escort on the way to the Magic Kingdom on the Ferry Boat and then back in Frontierland, there were hundreds of them everywhere. I think they were serving turkey legs back there and that was a big attraction for them, although it is weird to think of these birds eating a turkey. One of the long neck cranes actually took a full turkey leg bone and swallowed it whole. I got worried he would choke because he had trouble getting it all down. Guess it's good he had a long neck! It was on a day that a strong cold front came in and I think it disturbed them and made for a lot of activity.
